The heart of the machine is a central main support beam that carries all the process-critical components such as the carriage drive and cylinder bearings.

The newly designed carriage drive achieves acceleration up to 15 m/min, which considerably reduces process time and time for non-productive operations. We also offer enhanced special cross-polishing with freely selectable polishing angleswhich achieves the desired surface quality quickly and efficiently.
